Small group classes with max 10-12 girls

Introduction to The Pole
Basic sensual dance moves, Body waves, Hip gyrations, Floor work, Deep breathing, Stretching  & getting aquainted with the pole consisting of proper hand positioning walking with confidence & simple forward spins.

Level 1-2 Pole
Basic to complex dance moves including slight advanced body waives & hip gyrations. Floor work consisting of intense stretching, Sensual crawl & roll overs. Pole work reviewing forward spins as well as introducing reverse spins.

Level 3-4 Pole
Complex to advanced dance moves, Intense toning of the Abs, Legs, Glutes & Arms, Advanced floor work consisting of splits and staddles. Pole climbing, Gripping, Poses, Transitions and inversions.

Additional Classes

Boot Camp & Urban dance (Hip hop/Booty/Pop locking)

4 Week Workshops 1 Class Per Week

* Rock n Roll Pole, Sensual Classical Pole, Urban Pole, Dance Pole, Exotic Belly Dance Pole & Lap dance/Floor work Tease.

(You must take at least 1 class before attending a workshop)
(High heels recommended)
Excluding Belly Dance

In these workshops you will be guaranteed your own pole as there will only be 5 students per class.

And therefore you will be working with the same students each week and will choreograph a routine to a specific song.

The fee for each workshop is $100.00 ( Non refundable if you do not use your slot)

And must be paid in advance. Classes will not begin untill all 5 slots have been filled.
Once slots are full students may begin to reserve for upcoming workshops.

Pole Class Prices

$25.00 for 1 class, 1st class $5.00 off & bring a friend/friends and recieve an additional $5.00 discount.

Packages:
5 Classes $20.00 Each = $100.00
10 Classes$15.00 Each = $150.00
These packages are good for 3 months.
1 Month unlimitted $179.00

Private sessions:
1 Session $60.00
5 Sessions $50.00 Each = $250.00
10 Sessions $40.00 Each = $400.00

Private parties:
1 Hour $200.00
2 Hours with an additional 1/2 hour for set up $350.00
$150.00 per each additional hour
